Boardinn is booking and front-desk software built for pet hotels, catteries and boarding kennels. It replaces the spreadsheet, the paper diary and the chat threads with one system that covers a stay from the first booking to the final invoice.

Your own booking site

Every hotel gets a booking website on its own domain, under its own name. Pick one of five designs and set your colours and fonts; the small "Powered by Boardinn" link in the footer can be switched off. Owners register, add their pets with vaccination and deworming records, choose boarding and extra services, and book dates that are checked against your real kennel count, so you never take more pets than you can house. Prices are shown only to signed-in owners with a pet on file.

The front desk

Staff start the day on one board: pets arriving, pets in care and pets going home, plus the services due today. Each booking has its own workspace with its status, the services booked, the running bill and a full status history. Grooming, training, vet visits, pet taxi and relocation each carry their own price and capacity. Staff mark them as delivered, set prices for quote-only services, and post photos and short videos that owners see on their booking page.

Invoices and reminders

Delivered services roll into a PDF invoice under the hotel's logo and name. Vaccination and deworming reminder emails go out to owners who opted in, in the owner's language and under the hotel's name.

Your data, your installation

Each hotel runs on its own installation with its own database, hosted in the EU (Helsinki, with backups in Paris). The guest site and staff screens are available in English and Georgian, with Russian partly translated.
