BoltWright connects the field and office for commercial HVAC service contractors. Teams can organize customers, buildings, equipment and service visits alongside scheduling, maintenance agreements, quotes and invoices. Technicians can record voice notes, type findings and attach photos, including offline capture when reception is poor. The office can review those records and prepare service reports organized by equipment, with findings, photos and follow-up work. Equipment history stays connected to each building and visit. Bolt provides AI assistance with schedules, records and document drafts, with users reviewing consequential actions. Pricing is per working truck, with office staff, helpers and apprentices included without separate seat charges.
