BookingsXP is a cloud-based booking widget and conversion tracking layer built on top of Microsoft Bookings. It embeds a resizable scheduling widget on any website, replacing the standard fixed-height Microsoft Bookings iframe with configurable inline, popup, or floating button display modes. Multiple layout templates, including split, week, stepper, and cards, are available, along with customizable accent colors to align with a site's visual style. Microsoft Bookings remains the system of record; all appointments, confirmations, and reminders continue to be handled by Microsoft. No Microsoft admin consent or sign-in is required to deploy the widget, which loads asynchronously via a hosted script. BookingsXP resolves this by firing a GA4 generate_lead event on each confirmed booking, along with funnel events covering page view, slot selection, and form start, all attributed to the originating session and campaign. Google Tag Manager integration pushes ten dataLayer events per booking, including service, slot, and booking reference data.
