Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

BookNoFees overview
What is BookNoFees?
BookNoFees exists for one reason: an owner should keep what they ask for. Publishing a vacation rental costs nothing and there is no commission on the earnings, so the rate an owner sets is the amount that reaches them. Nothing has to be given up in exchange. There is no exclusivity, a property can stay on every portal it is already on, and two-way iCal synchronisation with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo closes dates in both directions. A week sold somewhere else cannot be sold again here, so being listed in more places stops meaning more risk. Guests see one price and nothing is added at checkout. The 3.9 percent payment contribution is already inside that price; it pays for card and bank processing and for handling refunds, and BookNoFees earns nothing from it. Money is held until after check-in, which protects the guest against a property that is not there and the owner against a guest who does not pay. The platform is young and says so rather than claiming reach it does not have. It is looking for its first 500 hosts, and a property can be published free of charge at booknofees.com.
