What is BooleBox?
Boolebox is a cloud-based and on-premise data protection platform designed to help organizations across finance, research, healthcare, IT and various other sectors archive, synchronize, and securely share data across multiple devices.
Boolebox lets supervisors create individual encryption keys for files, apply watermarks, and restrict users from capturing screens or downloading documents. It enables employees to send and receive emails in an encrypted manner, mitigating any risk of internal or external thefts. The collaborative platform allows users to manage online content, edit and classify documents, add or remove text or graphics, and access previous file versions. Administrators can also maintain logs to monitor the activity of collaborators.
Boolebox provides integration with multiple third-party applications such as Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Gmail, and more. Using the dashboard, administrators can manage different roles and categories of protection for controlling data access within a group. It also offers a variety of other features including auditing, sharing templates, biometric multi-factor authentication, and file tagging.
