Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Centuri overview
What is Centuri?
Centuri is a cloud-based quality and management system for organizations that operate under regulatory requirements. It brings documents, cases, contracts, risks, competence and registers into one governed platform, replacing file shares, intranet pages and disconnected point tools with a single source of truth.
PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE
Every module runs on the same core engines: a workflow engine for review and approval routing, a form engine for structured data capture, and a notification engine for reminders and escalations. Because the modules share one foundation, data flows between them. A risk assessment can trigger a preventive case, a case can reference a controlled procedure, and a contract can be linked to the supplier register. Configuration is no-code, so quality and process owners build and change workflows, forms and templates themselves without developer involvement.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Document management with full lifecycle control: version history, review and approval workflows, periodic review scheduling, controlled publishing, read-and-understand confirmation and automatic archiving of superseded versions.
Case management for deviations, incidents, complaints, non-conformities, audits and CAPA, with configurable workflows per case type and root cause tracking.
Risk management with assessment matrices, risk registers, mitigation actions and reassessment after closure.
Competence management covering qualification requirements, validity periods, expiry alerts and training records.
Contract management with renewal reminders, obligation tracking and electronic signing.
Registers for suppliers, equipment, chemicals, assets and other structured records.
Process visualization linking process maps directly to the governing documents behind each step.
BUILT-IN AI
AI is included in the platform rather than sold as an add-on. It provides semantic search across your document base, automatic summarization of long procedures, and an assistant that answers questions grounded in your own approved content with references back to the source. AI steps can also be embedded directly in workflows, for example to classify incoming cases or draft a first response.
INTEGRATIONS AND API
A REST API gives programmatic access to objects, metadata and workflows for integration with ERP, HR, LIMS and CRM systems. Standard integrations include Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for co-authoring, Entra ID and Active Directory for single sign-on and automatic user provisioning, Power BI for analytics, and electronic signature services.
SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE
Centuri supports ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 45001 and 27001, as well as GxP environments, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GDPR. Complete audit trails record every change with user, timestamp and reason. Granular role and permission models control access down to individual documents. The service is hosted in the cloud with high availability and European data residency, and validation documentation is available for regulated deployments.
SCALE AND SUPPORT
Deployments range from single sites with around 50 users to multinational organizations with several thousand. Support is always included, and you work directly with the Nordic team that builds the product.
