ChannelOS is cloud digital signage that pairs any screen from a browser URL and drives it with an AI co-pilot. There is no media player box to buy, no APK to sideload and no OS image to maintain.

HOW IT WORKS

The operator app runs in a browser. The TV opens the player URL, shows a 6-character code, and you pair it from your dashboard. After that the screen holds a live connection: publish a change and every screen picks it up in seconds, with nobody walking over to a TV. Playback is time-synced from a shared clock, so screens airing the same show stay on the same slide.

CONTENT AND EDITOR

- AI show generation from a plain-English brief (subject, goal, look), and AI editing by chat on an existing show, including one instruction applied across several elements at once.

- Full slide editor: layers and groups, rich text, tables, shapes, images, video, per-slide duration and transitions, undo and redo, copy and paste, keyboard shortcuts with an in-app shortcut sheet.

- Live widgets: clock, weather, QR code, ticker, menu board.

- Media: millions of free Pexels photos and videos in the editor, your own uploads, one-tap background removal, and reposition and zoom so a crop lands correctly on any screen.

- Brand kit (Pro and above): colours, fonts and logo applied to generated shows.

- Attach a PDF or images to a brief and the AI turns them into slides.

- Template gallery to remix, and you can publish your own templates back to it.

SCHEDULING AND CONTROL

Group screens into channels. Schedule by daypart, weekday or date, with conflict detection that blocks two shows from claiming the same minutes, and per-channel timezone resolution. A takeover cuts a live message in over the plan and then hands the schedule back. From a phone you can play, pause, blank, mute, skip, hold or reload any single screen without editing the schedule.

- Screen side: any modern browser. Android TV, Google TV, LG webOS, Amazon Fire TV, or Chrome, Edge and Safari on a laptop or mini PC.

- Operator side: desktop and mobile web. English UI.

- Hosting: Cloudflare edge (Workers, D1, R2, Durable Objects). Cloud only, no on-premise build.

- Resilience: if the connection drops, a paired screen keeps playing the show it already holds and resyncs when the network returns.

INTEGRATIONS

Pexels stock library, Google sign-in, Razorpay billing, and URL embeds for TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads and Power BI dashboards. A show or an entire channel exports to one portable file and imports into another workspace, so a working setup moves between locations instead of being rebuilt.

ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

Email and password sign-in with mandatory email verification, or Google OAuth. Each workspace has roles and a seat count set by the plan. Screens pair with a one-time code and can be unpaired or handed to another workspace, which revokes the old screen. The TV runs no installed software and accepts no inbound connections; it only fetches. Card details go to Razorpay checkout and never reach our servers. There is no SSO, SCIM or on-premise deployment today, so if procurement requires those, this is not the right product yet.
