How it works:

Build a request as a checklist of the documents and questions you need. Set a document type per item, mark what is required, add instructions your client will actually read, and save the whole pack as a template to reuse for every new engagement. Send to one client or to a group, over WhatsApp or email.

Your client opens a branded link on their phone. No account, no password, no attachment size limits. They upload files, answer your questions, and see a live checklist of what is still outstanding. Automated reminders follow up on your behalf until everything is in.

AI validation:

Every upload is read as it arrives and checked on four axes: is it the right document type, does it cover the requested period, is it readable, and is it complete. Failures show the specific reason, so a bank statement for the wrong quarter gets flagged before it reaches your inbox. Accepted files are renamed to a consistent convention. Every check is advisory and reversible; you accept or reject each file yourself, with an optional note back to the client that triggers a re-request.

Bring your own storage:

Files land in your own Google Drive, in your folder structure, under your account, via a Drive OAuth connection scoped to files this app creates. ChaseDocs does not become another silo you have to migrate off later, and client documents stay in storage your firm already owns and already governs.

Tracking:

A single dashboard shows every request your firm is chasing, with per-client progress, items awaiting review, and overdue flags. Filter by draft, sent, in progress, in review, complete, or cancelled.

Security and compliance:

WhatsApp delivery runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Consent is captured and timestamped before any client is contacted. Upload links are tokenised and rate limited, auth surfaces are protected by bot detection, and the app is listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace with a verified OAuth consent screen.
