clavenda overview
What is clavenda?
clavenda is a cloud-based hotel management system (PMS) for independent hotels and guesthouses with 15 to 90 rooms in Germany. Occupancy plan, bookings, channel manager connection (Booking.com, HRS, Expedia and more), guest accounts, invoicing with a GoBD-compliant journal and DATEV export, digital registration and local visitor tax (Gaestebeitrag/Kurtaxe) are combined in one interface in German. Optional module: duty roster with time tracking. Fixed monthly price per property (from 249 EUR), unlimited users, servers in the EU, personal onboarding with migration of existing bookings within four weeks. Developed and supported in Ostwestfalen-Lippe, Germany; hotels work with it every day.
