Cleanr brings cleaning operations into a shared workflow across a web dashboard and iPhone app. It is designed for solo operators, maid services, and small residential or commercial cleaning teams managing repeat visits and customer relationships.
Customer records connect contacts and service properties with appointments, quotes, invoices, payments, and follow-ups. Owners can plan one-time or recurring work, assign a cleaner, and review the day, week, or month. Staff use the iPhone app to open their assigned appointments, follow customer instructions, and document sessions with timestamps, notes, and photos.
The quote workflow supports itemized services and customer approval through a secure link. Owners can convert accepted quotes to appointments, create invoices from completed work, and review outstanding balances. Stripe connectivity enables online invoice payments, with standard processing fees. A Jobber customer CSV importer is available for supported customer information.
Cleanr Pro is offered at $39 per month or $299 per year. Both billing options include the same features and team access. The 7-day trial requires a card and converts to the selected paid subscription unless canceled.
