FramesCube is a modular, cloud-based platform for ESG, Supply Chain, Legal & GRC Management. It serves legal, compliance, sustainability, procurement and risk teams in mid-sized and large companies. All modules share one data basis, roles, approval workflows and an audit trail. Companies license the modules they need, and data collected once is reused across modules.

The Legal Hub is the core of Legal & GRC and has two areas: Legal Radar and Legal Review. In Legal Radar, Legal Monitoring identifies new and changed obligations for the company profile, analyzes applicability with AI scoring for impact, effort and time weight, and plans measures, and the Legal Register anchors relevant obligations, measures and evidence in one central place, with owners, deadlines and alerts. In Legal Review, Document Check reviews contracts and other documents against playbooks and a clause library, flags risks and missing clauses and suggests wording from the clause library. Contract Lifecycle Management steers contracts after signature, with versions, deadlines, obligations and templates. Numerous countries, jurisdictions and topic areas can be mapped. Example: when a new regulation requires a specific supplier clause, Document Check finds the supply contracts without it, and Contract Lifecycle Management tracks the amendments per supplier. Risk management, AI Forms for ESG ratings and customer questionnaires complete the GRC scope.

Further modules cover ESG reporting (CSRD/ESRS with double materiality analysis, EU Taxonomy, VSME, ISSB, EMAS, climate risk analysis), carbon accounting (Corporate and Product Carbon Footprint based on the GHG Protocol, PPWR) and the Supply Chain Hub with supplier portal, questionnaires, risk analysis and evidence management for LkSG, CSDDD and EUDR. AI results are drafts that users review, edit and approve. The user interface is multilingual. Integrations include Excel, SharePoint, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Power BI, Microsoft Entra ID and a REST API. FramesCube is hosted in the EU by an ISO 27001-certified data center operator; CONSUST itself is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
