Coralia replaces the stack an ABA agency usually runs - a scheduler, a data-collection app, a billing service, and a spreadsheet of authorizations - with one platform, and adds a layer none of them have: software that checks the clinical and payer rules while the work happens.

Scheduling verifies credential-to-CPT eligibility and remaining authorized units before a session is booked, so a session that cannot be billed is not created. Field staff check in with GPS verification. Clinicians collect clinical data, run assessments, and build treatment plans in the same system that later produces the claim.

Sentinel is Coralia's autonomous clinical auditor. Each day it reads the session notes against a catalog of documentation controls built from payer requirements and practice guidelines, drafts a corrected version of every note that fails one, and cites the specific control that was violated. Each draft goes to a clinician for review; Sentinel never changes a clinical record on its own.
