In most companies, critical knowledge lives in a few people's heads and in folders nobody can search. Corptex turns that into answers. Employees ask questions in plain Portuguese and get a short answer that cites the document, author and date it came from. Work instructions, procedures, meeting notes, spreadsheets and data read from ERP systems all feed the same company memory.

When the documents do not cover a question, Corptex does not make up an answer. It sends the question to the right expert, chosen from the org chart, with the context attached. The expert's reply is reviewed and stored as company knowledge, with an owner, so the next person gets the answer right away. Managers see which topics the company still cannot answer and which depend on a single person, and decisions are recorded with who made them, when and why.

Corptex is installed for one company only, on its own servers or in its private cloud, and the vendor runs the operation, including daily backups and monthly restore tests. Each person only receives answers from content their department can see, restricted documents stay out of the AI conversation, personal data is removed from confidential documents before anything reaches the AI provider, and every query is logged for audit.
