CueDuck overview
What is CueDuck?
CueDuck helps event organisers publish a schedule that guests can use immediately, without downloading an app or creating an account. Guests scan a QR code or type a short code to open a Board in their phone browser; the same Board can appear on a foyer screen using any TV with a browser. The organiser builds a multi-room timetable by clicking, dragging and stretching sessions, or imports a programme from CSV or Excel. Preview layouts on phone, tablet and foyer screen, then publish with a short code, QR code and printable posters. During the event, the team can post notices, close rooms, move or cancel sessions, or push the running order back. Changes reach every open phone and foyer screen within seconds. Stewards can post notices from a link without an account. Guests can star sessions into a personal agenda and filter by topic. The Board retains its last version if connectivity drops and shows that it is offline. CueDuck's free plan is a complete product; Pro adds branding, scheduled notices, analytics based on open counts, and PDF files on sessions.
