DeedVault overview
What is DeedVault?
DeedVault gives landlords who manage their own rentals one place to collect rent, sign leases, handle maintenance and keep the books.
Rent collection: DeedVault creates a rent invoice for each lease every month. Tenants pay by ACH bank transfer or card with no tenant fees and can turn on autopay. Money is deposited straight to the landlord's bank account, and DeedVault never holds tenant funds. Each payment posts to the income ledger automatically, and cash or check payments can be recorded in the same place.
Leasing: accept rental applications online, build leases from your own template, and send them for legally binding e-signature. The signed copy is filed to your document vault with a tamper-evident audit certificate.
Tenants and maintenance: every tenant gets a resident portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests with photos, and message you. Track work orders and vendor contacts, and record move-in and move-out inspections with room-by-room photos and the tenant's signature.
Accounting: track income and expenses for each property and see profit and loss for any date range. Paid plans add bank sync, Schedule E, QuickBooks and 1099-NEC exports, and version history for documents.
Pricing: the Free plan covers up to 3 properties and 6 active leases with no credit card required. Basic is $19 per month for up to 15 properties, and Pro is $50 per month for up to 100 properties.
