What is Dispatchly?
Dispatchly is shipment audit software that finds late, lost and damaged parcels and files the refund claims with the carrier for you. It monitors every shipment across 380+ carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail, against the carrier's own SLA. When a parcel breaches, Dispatchly collects the evidence and files the claim before the deadline. You connect your own carrier API keys: they are stored encrypted, scoped to claim activity and revocable from your dashboard at any time. A carrier scorecard grades every carrier on on-time rate, damage frequency and claim speed. Refunds are credited by the carrier to your own carrier account. You keep 100%. Dispatchly charges a flat monthly fee, with no percentage of what we recover.
