Almost every club, volunteer fire brigade and small company shares a handful of things: the clubhouse, the van, the projector, the pool car, the meeting room. And almost all of them organize the schedule through shouted questions, group chats and a spreadsheet nobody wants to maintain anymore.

Dispoly turns that into one shared booking calendar. You add your resources with a category and location, and every member can see at a glance what is free and when. Booking happens through a public link or a QR code on the door, with no app to install and no account to create. To keep requests reliable, you can require email verification and an optional PIN, or have bookings confirmed only after your approval.

Double bookings are technically impossible. Recurring block times such as Tuesday training or the weekly drill are entered once and apply from then on. Bookings appear automatically in Google, Outlook and Apple Calendar through an iCal feed, and Dispoly sends a reminder 24 hours before the start. If you like, embed the booking page directly into your own website as a widget.

If you charge for usage, set prices per resource as a flat rate, per hour or per day. Guests either pay by card during booking, with the money going straight to your account, or on site and by invoice as before. The revenue overview shows paid and outstanding amounts and exports to Excel.

Your data is hosted in the EU in line with GDPR, and import and export run through CSV and Excel. Dispoly is free to try for 30 days, with no payment details required.
