What is Dream Service Software?
Dream Service Software is the AI-based CRM and ERP for pest control, delivered as three cloud products on one data model: Sales CRM, Dream ERP, and Dream Pulse.
Everything reads and writes the same customer record, which is the technical difference buyers notice: no sync jobs between a sales tool and an operations tool, no re-keyed jobs, one source of truth from first lead to renewal.
Sales CRM covers pipeline management, multi-service sales flow, pricing and quotation, door-to-door sales, marketing automation, paperless agreements with e-signature, AI single-call flow, and automated post-proposal nurture.
Dream ERP is the operations core: work order management, AI-driven scheduling and route optimization with a review-before-commit step for dispatchers, a technician mobile app, batch management and invoicing, payments and collections, a customer portal, and built-in compliance modules. E-Logbook and California WDO/termite management, including inspection work orders and reporting, were developed in-house.
Dream Pulse is the experience layer: employee survey platform, QA audit platform, customer survey platform, sentiment analysis, and executive reporting with trend dashboards. AI capabilities ship inside these workflows rather than as a separate product: an AI customer-service agent built for single-call resolution, automated post-proposal nurture, AI-driven scheduling and routing, and in-field lead capture. Because the agents work from the system of record, they act on live customer data instead of a copy.
Deployment and migration: cloud-based, sold per product or as a full-platform bundle. The Sales CRM can run alongside a legacy pest control ERP during a phased migration, so operations continue while data and workflows move over.
Dream has been developed since 2012 in collaboration with operating pest control companies, including Clark Pest Control and ABC Home & Commercial, and remains founder-owned. Built for US operators with 20 to 700+ technicians.
