Dytto overview

What is Dytto?

Dytto is an AI agent built specifically for accounting and bookkeeping firms, not a general-purpose chatbot pointed at accounting work. It sits in front of the systems a firm already runs and gives every team member one place to ask a question, get a grounded answer, and act on it.

How it works:

Dytto connects to your practice management system, your accounting platforms, your Microsoft 365 mailbox and calendar, and the official registers your team already consults. When someone asks a question, Dytto fetches the data live at the moment of asking rather than serving a cached copy, and every figure it returns is attributed to the source system it came from.

Core capabilities:

- Natural-language queries across client accounting data, with live retrieval and source attribution on every answer

- Full client context in one view: emails, notes, deadlines and client data pulled together instead of reassembled by hand across tabs

- Email drafting in the user's own tone, based on the firm's real correspondence history

- Legal and tax research against official sources, with citations

- Document handling for Excel and PDF, plus calculation and data analysis in a sandboxed environment

- Calendar and mailbox actions: triage, follow-ups and scheduling handled from the same surface

- Skills: reusable prompts, templates and workflows a firm writes once and shares across the whole team

Integrations:

- Practice management and CRM: AdminPulse (BE, NL), AdminConsult (BE), FID Manager (BE), Iris (UK), Xero Practice Manager (UK). Accounting platforms: Silverfin, Yuki (BE, NL), Exact Online (separate BE and NL connections), Xero Accounting (UK), Horus (BE), Octopus (BE). Tax: TwinnTax (BE).

- Email and calendar: Microsoft 365 (Outlook).

- Official sources and registers: KBO, NBB, Belgian Official Gazette, CBN-CNC and VLABEL for Belgium, Companies House and HMRC for the UK, Fisconet for tax legislation, and VIES for EU VAT validation.

Connections are made either through OAuth or a credentials form, and can be scoped to the firm or to an individual user.

Security and compliance:

Authentication runs through Microsoft SSO, so access follows the identity and conditional-access policies your firm already enforces. Dytto is GDPR compliant and AI Safety compliant, with ISO 27001 certification in progress. Confidentiality, accuracy and traceability are treated as product requirements rather than add-ons.

Setup and rollout:

Sign in with Microsoft SSO, connect your practice management system, and Dytto syncs your clients, conversations and tone. Most teams are running in under 30 minutes, with no data model to configure and nothing to curate before it returns value. The interface is available in English and Dutch (nl-BE).

Firms using Dytto report roughly one hour saved per team member per day.
