Enstays is a cloud-based hotel guest experience and revenue platform designed for hospitality properties across India, from luxury 5-star hotels and heritage palace properties to boutique resorts, serviced apartments, hostels, and co-living spaces. Guests access the full suite of hotel services directly from a mobile browser by scanning a QR code, with no app download required. Available services include in-room and on-property F&B ordering across all restaurants, spa slot and therapist bookings, housekeeping request tracking, travel desk management for airport transfers and local tours, and a display of current events and offers. Every guest on a booking can browse and place orders independently, expanding per-room revenue opportunities without additional front desk involvement.

Enstays provides a centralized, browser-based staff console that consolidates operations across reception, food and beverage, housekeeping, travel desk, and administration into a single interface. The platform integrates with existing Property Management Systems, including Oracle OPERA Cloud and IDS Next, with Hotelogix support in progress, allowing properties to connect without replacing current infrastructure. Setup can be completed in as little as 48 hours. Pricing follows a monthly per-property subscription model with no per-user fees, making cost predictable regardless of staff or guest volume.

Upcoming capabilities on the Enstays roadmap include cross-property guest identity and preference profiles for recognizing returning guests across participating hotels, a digital room key, in-app invoice generation with a direct hotel payment link that routes funds without a third-party intermediary, and Aria, an AI concierge planned to handle guest questions, suggest nearby experiences, and manage requests around the clock. These features are not yet live in the current product version.
