Enterprise OS overview

What is Enterprise OS?

Enterprise OS is a governed operating layer deployed across cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments that connects existing enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and operational platforms, into a unified intelligence model without replacing any incumbent tools. It aggregates nightly data signals from 50-plus connectors across finance, sales, operations, and customer functions, contextualises them through Business Cortex (a shared business context engine), and surfaces decision-ready outputs through two core modules: Decision Intelligence and VezAI. Decision Intelligence delivers ranked recommendations, scenario planning, what-if simulations, impact analysis, and next actions per leader. VezAI is a natural language AI chat interface that converts a question into a governed investigation, surfacing evidence, root cause, impact, and a recommended next action. The platform is designed for mid-market companies operating with enterprise complexity, with active deployments across India, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and Nepal, serving logistics and 3PL, NBFC and BFSI, manufacturing, and D2C and e-commerce verticals.

Enterprise OS targets executive leaders including CEOs, COOs, plant heads, and growth heads. Each leader receives a daily morning briefing at 7am with the top five prioritised actions and risk flags, drawn from nightly AI aggregation, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition across all connected systems. AOP-versus-actual tracking is available per team and per leader, with automated escalation, task assignment, and resolution tracking built into cross-functional workflow triggers. Predictive models per vertical and function flag issues 30 to 60 days before they surface, and industry benchmark comparison supports strategic planning at board and CEO level. The platform connects to SAP, Salesforce, Zoho, Tally, and any ERP via secure API, with role-based access control (RBAC), full auditability, and governed automation across all functions. Deployable in weeks with no migration or IT overhaul required.
