Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Ethos One overview
What is Ethos One?
Most companies hear from their people once or twice a year. By the time the survey report lands, the problem it describes is months old, the person who was struggling has started looking elsewhere, and nobody owns doing anything about it. The gap between something going wrong and someone acting on it is measured in quarters. The damage happens in days.
Ethos One is an AI-powered pulse, insight and accountability ecosystem built to close that gap. It runs on three moves.
Pulse. Short, 10-second check-ins adapt to role, team and timing, so feedback arrives in small bursts while it is still fresh and still true.
Insight. Ethos AI reads the pattern: what is shifting, where it started and why it matters. Leaders see early signs of friction, burnout risk and disengagement without wading through raw data, and get a recommended next step, not a spreadsheet.
Accountability. Every insight becomes an action with an owner and a date. The next pulses show whether it worked. People see the loop close, so they keep answering honestly.
Ethos One also covers the moments when someone's role changes, which are the moments that make or break trust. The Transition Portal gives new starters, promoted employees, people changing teams and people leaving a clear picture of what happens before, during and after each move, through the Offer Room, Starter Pack, Promotion Pack, Role Change Pack, Exit Pack and Check-Out Tray.
Growth creates friction. At 15 people, everyone knows how everyone is doing. At 60, 150 or 400 they do not, and small friction points inside and between teams go unseen until they show up as resignations. Ethos One gives leaders a read on how people work together, and how they experience leadership and the tools they use, without turning people into metrics.
Privacy is part of the product. Employees see only their own data. Managers see team aggregates, never individuals. HR sees a risk queue, not a list of names. Responses are anonymous by default, employees control what gets shared, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Ethos One is built for UK GDPR, with a Data Processing Agreement available.
Ethos One sits beside the tools you already use, with connections listed for Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, Deel, Rippling, ADP, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace and Google Calendar.
Every feature is included from $4 per employee per month, or $3.20 billed annually. There are no modules to unlock, no implementation fee and no minimum spend. Enterprise plans add dedicated onboarding, custom integrations and SSO, and API access.
Josh Odigie and Pardeep Chera started building Ethos One in 2023, in the hours between full-time jobs and family life, with their own money and no outside investors. It began with Josh's experience at a former employer, where the values on the wall did not match the culture in the room.
