Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

EvaluationsHub overview
What is EvaluationsHub?
Procurement teams don't fail because they lack data about their suppliers. They fail because that data lives in forty different spreadsheets, on-again-off-again email threads, and PDF certificates buried in someone's inbox from eighteen months ago. EvaluationsHub was built to fix that: a single, always-on system for supplier performance management (SPM) and supplier relationship management (SRM), used today by more than 350 procurement teams at companies including Dell, Capgemini, and British Telecom.
At its core, EvaluationsHub runs supplier scorecards the way they were meant to run: automatically. Quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness, innovation, ESG, and any custom KPI get scored on whatever cadence and weighting fits that supplier category, and the platform handles the unglamorous parts itself: sending the survey, chasing the non-responder, escalating the miss, rolling up the result. Nobody has to remember to run the Q3 review; it just happens.
Supplier relationship management sits alongside performance tracking rather than in a separate tool. Sourcing, RFx, qualification, onboarding, and contract management are handled in the same system, so onboarding, scorecards, and contract renewal dates are connected records rather than three disconnected processes.
Suppliers aren't locked out of any of this. They get their own portal, free, with unlimited users, where they can see their own scores and trends, respond to action plans, and message the buyer directly about a specific metric or contract clause. That visibility turns an annual report card into an ongoing conversation, and it's a big part of why response rates tend to run higher than with a traditional survey tool.
Risk and compliance run continuously rather than once a year. Certifications, ISO/GDPR/REACH documentation, and other evidence live in one register with expiry alerts, and incidents flow straight into corrective and preventive action (CAPA) workflows with owners and due dates. For ESG and CSRD reporting, purpose-built assessment templates collect supplier environmental, social, and governance data on a set schedule, so sustainability disclosures stop being a last-minute scramble.
An AI layer called Eva sits on top of all this. It watches for anomalies, such as a delivery score that suddenly drops or a supplier trending toward a risk threshold, writes plain-language summaries executives can use, and suggests the next step, like opening a CAPA or requesting updated documentation.
None of this lives in isolation. EvaluationsHub connects natively to SAP and Salesforce, and to roughly 1,600 other tools through Make.com, so supplier master data and purchase order events flow in rather than getting re-typed. REST APIs and webhooks cover anything more custom. Every login, edit, approval, and export is logged immutably, which turns audit prep into an export instead of a week of digging through inboxes.
The platform is built to satisfy IT and legal as readily as procurement: ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, hosted on AWS in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, with SSO/SCIM and field-level role-based access. Multi-tenant architecture with white and grey label options also fits consulting firms running programs across several client accounts from one login.
EvaluationsHub sees the heaviest use where a supplier failure is expensive and hard to reverse: automotive, pharma, medical devices, food and beverage, specialty chemicals, aerospace, and cosmetics, plus B2B and IT services organizations with complex, multi-tier supplier bases. A typical rollout goes live with one pilot category inside the first month and expands across the full portfolio within a quarter.
The result isn't just a more accurate view of supplier performance. It's fewer surprises, faster contract renegotiations backed by evidence instead of memory, and a procurement team that spends its time acting on supplier relationships instead of chasing the data needed to understand them.
