Factilix overview
What is Factilix?
Factilix turns invoice data into a file that meets the European EN 16931 standard, in the format the destination country expects.
Three ways in: type the invoice into a form and watch the preview update as you go, import a single CSV, Excel or XML file, or drop in a batch and process it in one pass.
One way out: Factur-X or ZUGFeRD as a hybrid PDF for France and Germany, readable by a person and parsable by a machine. UBL for the Peppol network in Belgium and the Netherlands.
In between, every file is checked twice: once against the XSD schema for structure, once against the full EN 16931 business rule set for content. Nothing that fails either check is delivered. When a file is rejected you get the reason quoted by rule code, not a generic error message.
Pricing follows usage rather than headcount: 3.90 EUR per invoice, paid at download, with no account and no commitment. 29 EUR a month covers 20 invoices for those who want the history and a saved profile.
Edge cases are handled explicitly. Small business exemption, reverse charge, export and zero-rated lines each carry the right VAT category code and the legal mention the regulation requires.
