FakturaFlow KSeF overview
What is FakturaFlow KSeF?
FakturaFlow is compliance software for KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system. It is built for accounting offices filing on behalf of many client companies rather than for a single business issuing its own invoices.
It deliberately sits alongside the accounting system a firm already runs instead of replacing it. Invoices are exported from Comarch Optima, Symfonia, InsERT nexo and Subiekt, Rachmistrz, Rewizor or Sage in XML, Excel or PDF form. FakturaFlow reads those files, converts them into the FA(3) structure KSeF requires, and validates every document against the schema before submission, so structural errors surface locally rather than coming back as a rejection.
Validated invoices are then submitted to KSeF in bulk with live status tracking, and the official UPO confirmations are collected and archived against each invoice. Error messages are translated into plain Polish rather than passed through as raw system codes.
Multi-client management with role-based permissions lets a firm keep each client's records separate while the owner retains visibility across the whole portfolio, from twenty clients to several hundred, in one dashboard. The validator and the PDF to XML converter run locally in the browser.
Pricing is monthly by client count, with a trial of the mid tier that requires no card.
