GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Fidoly overview
What is Fidoly?
Fidoly replaces the paper stamp card of local shops with a card that lives in the customer's phone. It is built for bakeries, restaurants, hair salons, wine shops, florists, beauty salons and dry cleaners.
Setting up takes one page: the owner chooses stamps, points or a cashback pot in euros, earned per visit, per amount spent or per item, picks a colour and a reward, and can run up to five offers at once. Customers join by scanning the QR code at the till and leaving their phone number. The card is added to Apple Wallet; on other phones it opens as a web card.
At the till, a visit is counted in seconds: the owner types the customer's number or scans the card with a tablet or phone camera. The dashboard lists rewards to hand out, this week's visits and customers who have stopped coming.
Win-back messages run automatically once switched on ("They haven't come back", "Their reward is ready"). Each morning Fidoly sends them on the wallet card, or by email for customers who left an address.
Current limits: no SMS, no connection to point-of-sale software, one shop and one user per account.
