This makes it usable across different departments - HR staff processing onboarding forms, finance teams organizing and securing records, sales teams formatting client documents, and administrative staff managing contracts.
Because there's no software to install, it can be accessed from any browser, which makes it a reasonable fit for smaller businesses without a document-management budget, as well as distributed teams that need consistent access to basic PDF tools.
