What is Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a cloud-based software designed to help businesses view, sign, and annotate PDF documents from desktops, browsers, or mobile devices. Using the fill & sign tool, administrators can automatically detect multiple fields across forms, add texts, symbols, or signatures, and store them in Adobe Document Cloud for future reference.

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, enterprises can create customizable forms by adding various elements such as drop-down lists, barcodes, digital signature fields, list boxes, and more. Managers can utilize the drag-and-drop interface to add Adobe Sign fields in PDF documents and send completed forms to specific recipients via emails or internal servers such as SharePoint or network folders. The software also helps users integrate JavaScript language with multiple documents, enabling them to configure forms and connect it with several databases via Open Database Connection (ODBC).

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC allows businesses to edit PDF documents by highlighting, striking off, or underlining specific texts and adding comments or notes in the source file. Administrators can also convert and export PDF files in various formats including Word, Excel, or rich text format (RTF).

It very important because sometimes I need files that are not on the device therefore I may need to access a cloud storage that's why UT is very important.

You can safely save your files on google drive and read them easily on your device using Adobe Acrobat Reader

I use google drive to back up documents from adobe acrobat reader to regain access if there is ever a mishap.

I share files or documents across both google drive and adobe acrobat reader

I work between both programs and the ability to convert back and forth is easy and very valuable as a tool in my career and personal life.

It is easy to change your word files into PDF format if that is a requirement at your business.

I often create files first in InDesign because it's better at design and layout. These InDesign files are exported as Adobe PDF and can then be converted easily to forms in Acrobat DC.

Just as an expansion of available knowledge base and a core to such an extension library of products, it helps to add more seamless synchrony to products that one utilizes on a regular basis.

Pros
Super easy editing functions and simple design structure makes it one of a kind. Having the app made it super easy to scan stuff in and convert it to a PDF for work.
It has great editing features and the printing quality features are superb. It also has an option to save as pdf file if you are printing any word/browser files into pdf.
It loads fast and let's me print and save with ease. Very important tool for my buiensess to help me view invoices and contracts.
Cons
Doesn’t always function if I’m not the administrator and I can hardly understand the verbiage or wording of it. It’s annoying to use and hate using software that require Abode.
Another problem we have is when the product files get corrupted (and we don't know why).
Many features are not available without upgrading to more expensive versions - my biggest complaint is the lack of editing available in this version.
