What is Formatix AI?
Formatix AI is document automation for recruitment agencies, staffing firms and executive search firms. It reads candidate CVs and fills the firm's own branded templates, so consultants stop retyping CVs before client submission.
Core functions
- Template from your own document: upload the Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX), Excel (XLSX) or PDF document you already use; Formatix turns it into a reusable template with your fonts, colours and logo. A ready-made template library is also included.
- CV formatting: upload CVs as PDF, Word or images, up to 20 files at a time. Formatix extracts experience, education, skills and other sections and lays them out in your template.
- Outputs: editable Word, PowerPoint and Excel files, plus PDF. One batch of CVs can fill a Word candidate profile, a multi-candidate PowerPoint shortlist deck and an Excel tracker at the same time.
- Anonymised (blind) CVs: remove names and contact details before client submission.
- Review: every result opens side by side with the original CV, and can be edited before download.
- Executive search documents: candidate profiles, position specifications, assessment reports and succession plans in the firm's own templates.
- Brand set-up: logo, colours and fonts read from your website.
- Team use: shared templates, branding and a credit pool for the team.
