What is Formiary?
Formiary is a cloud-based hosted form backend that receives HTML form submissions at a single endpoint and handles the full processing pipeline: server-side field validation, spam filtering, submission storage, email notifications, auto-response confirmations, and signed webhook delivery. No self-hosted server, SDK, or iframe is required. Forms POST directly to the hosted endpoint and work with plain HTML, fetch, or any front-end framework.
Targeted at web development agencies, freelancers, and developers managing single or multiple client sites, Formiary removes the need to build and maintain custom form-handling infrastructure. Validation rules defined in markup are enforced server-side, preventing bypass via direct HTTP requests. Spam protection operates per form using honeypot fields, link detection, and rate limiting. Confirmation emails send from a verified custom domain rather than a generic address. A centralized dashboard supports form management, flagged submission review, and access to analytics covering submission counts, completion rates, and field drop-off.
Formiary offers a free plan with 1,000 submissions per month, permanent submission storage, and no credit card requirement. Paid plans retain all submissions when monthly limits are exceeded, making the platform suitable for agencies handling variable or high-volume form traffic across multiple client projects.
