Virto Forms Designer App is a no-code form builder for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online that turns standard list forms into custom layouts. Through a drag-and-drop designer, teams arrange fields and controls visually, with no scripting required for everyday layout work.

Separate New, Edit, and Display forms can be built for a single list, so each stage of a record shows only the fields that matter. Layouts are structured with tabs, accordions, and panels, keeping long forms organized and readable.

A range of controls drops straight onto the canvas: labels, rich text, HTML code blocks, hyperlinks, images, buttons, and horizontal lines. Field-level permissions let administrators hide individual fields or make them read-only for specified users and groups, and a layout can be assigned to the people who should see it, so the same list can present different views to different roles.

For logic beyond the layout, such as validation, calculated values, or showing a field based on another field's value, built-in JavaScript and CSS editors add custom behavior and styling. Finished layouts save as templates that can be exported and reused on other lists.
