Forms Designer is a no-code form builder for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online that turns standard list and library forms into custom layouts. Through a drag-and-drop designer, teams arrange fields and controls visually, with no scripting required for everyday customization.

Separate Create, Edit, and Display forms can be built for a single list, so each stage of a record shows only the fields that matter. Layouts are structured with tabs, accordions, panels, and rows that place several fields side by side, keeping long forms organized and readable.

A range of controls drops straight onto the canvas: lookup columns, images, buttons, hyperlinks, rich text, and static HTML blocks. Conditional logic shows or hides fields in response to user input, and validation rules check entries as they are filled in.
