Fourplex overview
What is Fourplex?
Fourplex is a cloud-based HOA management application for small, self-managed residential communities. Board members use a shared workspace for dues collection, community communication, documents, meetings and resident requests. Owners access community information and submit requests through a resident portal.
Core workflows include dues and autopay, a shared board inbox, announcements, a document library, a member directory and a calendar. Boards can coordinate maintenance requests and organize meeting information without relying on separate email threads and files.
Optional water submetering adds household usage tracking and usage-based water billing. Submeter readings support owner charges that are collected alongside HOA dues. Hardware is purchased separately.
Fourplex is web-based and lists integrations with Stripe and Stripe Billing. It serves communities in the United States and is available in English.
