GASTiNFO overview
What is GASTiNFO?
GASTiNFO is a browser-based digital guest guide for private vacation rental hosts, holiday apartments, guesthouses and campsites. Hosts collect arrival instructions, check-in and check-out details, Wi-Fi credentials, house rules, emergency contacts, local recommendations and other stay information in one mobile-friendly guide.
Guests open the guide through a QR code or secure link; no app installation is required. Because information is managed centrally, hosts can update content at any time without replacing printed QR codes. The Progressive Web App also supports offline access when connectivity is limited.
The Basic plan is permanently free for one property. Premium costs €69.90 per year for the first property, with additional properties at €39.90 per year. New accounts receive three months of Premium and automatically continue on Basic afterwards without providing payment details. Premium adds branding options, additional widgets and automatic translations into more than 30 languages.
GASTiNFO is designed for small accommodation providers with one to five properties, particularly in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol. It is a digital guest-information solution, not a booking portal, channel manager or property management system.
