Globia overview
What is Globia?
Globia helps businesses in Colombia run their own delivery and field service operations from a web console and an Android app. Orders come in one by one or by bulk upload from Excel. Globia assigns them automatically by distance and vehicle type and groups them into multi-stop routes that respect each vehicle's capacity. The office sees every courier on a live map, and customers get a tracking link. The courier records proof of delivery with photo, signature and GPS location. Cash-on-delivery payments are logged per order and per courier and reconciled at the end of the day. For field service teams, every visit becomes a work order assigned to a technician, who checks in with GPS on arrival, fills in custom forms, takes photos, collects the customer's signature and closes the order with a PDF report. The app works offline and syncs automatically. You pay per driver or technician using the app; office users cost nothing extra, and there is no long-term contract.
