What is Grove?
Grove is all-in-one practice management with an AI assistant for coaches. It is built for solo and small-practice coaches—including health, wellness, career, grief, and life coaches—who want to spend less time on admin, follow-up, payments, and session prep, and more time coaching.
Grove handles scheduling and Stripe payments with no platform fee, tracks packages and sessions remaining, runs intake from editable templates, keeps a running note for each client, and syncs sessions to Google Calendar.
Between sessions, clients can check in within about 30 seconds with a feeling rating, habit updates, and an optional note. Before each call, Grove assembles a "Since Last Session" brief, surfaces clients who may need attention, and tracks habits, goals, and progress over time.
Sage, Grove's AI assistant, reads the information each client has chosen to share and drafts session prep, notes, and follow-ups for the coach to review and approve. Sage does the reading; you do the coaching. Nothing reaches a client unseen, and AI can be turned off.
Grove is not an EHR and does not offer insurance billing, contracts and e-signatures, or a website builder. Coaches who need clinical charting or insurance billing may be better served by platforms such as Practice Better or Healthie.
Pricing is flat and public: a free plan for up to 2 clients with Sage included, Starter at $29/month, and a 30-day full-featured trial with no credit card required. There are no per-client fees.
