What is Guided Path?

Guided Path is an app built for licensed, insured contractors in Michigan. It runs in any web browser and on iPhone and Android phones.

Run the day: a month, week and day calendar color-coded by person, job cards with notes, photos and checklists, a job map that plans the shortest drive for each person's day, and a time clock with timesheets for payroll.

Win and bill the work: good/better/best estimates customers approve from their phone, deposits and e-signatures, invoices with online card and bank payments, and QuickBooks Online sync. Describe a job by typing or talking, and AI drafts the estimate or invoice from your own prices.

Keep more of what you earn: the tools are free on every plan, and Guided Path takes 0% of your invoices. Online payments go through Stripe at its standard fees.

Get local work: homeowner requests from six Mid-Michigan counties go to one contractor at a time, never sold to five, and you pay only for the leads you claim. Paid plans make leads cheaper. No contract.
