Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

HelperX overview
What is HelperX?
HelperX is a safety-first automation platform for X (Twitter). It helps founders, creators, agencies, and multi-account operators scale engagement without treating accounts like disposable bots.
What HelperX does
HelperX automates the repetitive work that drives distribution on X: finding posts to reply to, publishing on a schedule, amplifying top-performing content, and following up with new followers. You set the rules - keywords, lists, prompts, filters, caps, and hours. HelperX executes inside those constraints.
Built around slots, not shared workspaces
Every X account runs in its own slot - a self-contained environment with:
- A dedicated residential proxy (no shared IPs between accounts)
- AES-256-GCM encrypted auth tokens at rest
- Server-enforced daily action caps (not client-side limits you can ignore)
- Randomized delays between actions
- Configurable work-time windows so activity only runs when you want it
- A timestamped audit log for every automated action
If one account has a problem, other slots stay isolated. That architecture is the product - not an afterthought.
Modules
- Reply (Search): find fresh tweets by keyword and reply with contextual, AI-assisted text (you control the prompt and persona)
- Reply (List): monitor curated X Lists and engage a targeted audience
- Reply to Comments: answer unanswered comments on posts you published
- Regular Post: schedule tweets at exact UTC times with optional media
- Top Repost: watch profiles, score engagement, and retweet or quote-tweet top posts
- Welcome DM: multi-step DM sequences for new followers with anti-flood cooldowns
- UnFollow: controlled unfollow with whitelist protection and rate-limit backoff
Safety and control
Author filters help you avoid low-quality targets: minimum followers, verification status, X-Score (Wallchain), and country blacklists. HelperX does not claim zero risk - automation always carries risk - but it is designed so limits are real, pacing is human-like, and activity is inspectable.
