Heyloha gives small and midsize businesses an AI agent that takes care of incoming customer contact around the clock. It picks up calls on your existing business number, replies in your website chat and handles WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn messages, in more than 50 languages.

The agent learns from your own website, which it reads every day, and from documents you upload. When a caller wants an appointment, it checks your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar and books it during the call. When a question needs a person, it transfers the call warm or cold to the right colleague, or takes a callback request and emails it to your team if nobody picks up. In chat, it hands the conversation over to your team.

You decide when the agent answers the phone: always, only after hours, when the line is busy or when nobody answers. You set the greeting, whether it addresses callers formally or informally, and the rules it follows. Changes apply from the next conversation.

All conversations are transcribed, not recorded, and stored on EU servers under a data processing agreement. Reports show conversations, appointments, leads and hours saved. Heyloha connects to HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks, and other integrations can be built on request.

Plans start at €149 per month excl. VAT for 250 credits, where one credit is one call minute or one chat or WhatsApp conversation. There is no setup fee and no surcharge for evenings or weekends, and every plan can be tried free for 14 days and cancelled monthly.
