What is HollyHR?
HollyHR is simple yet powerful HR software for small UK organisations. It brings employee and employment records, holiday, sickness, working patterns, documents, onboarding and offboarding tasks, reminders, approvals and reporting into one browser-based system.
Employees can use self-service to check relevant details, request time off, find shared documents and complete assigned tasks. Admins and managers retain role-based permissions and approval controls for private records. Calendar views, policy acknowledgements, compliance evidence, and spreadsheet import and export help teams keep day-to-day HR work organised.
HollyHR includes developer access through its REST API, SDK, signed webhooks and hosted MCP server. These surfaces support governed integrations and automation without turning API access into an enterprise add-on. A verified public Make app provides focused people and time-off workflows.
HollyHR does not run payroll or perform underlying right-to-work or DBS checks. It records the evidence and decisions organisations need to keep. The Free plan supports up to 10 active employees, with no card and no trial clock. Standard costs £2 per active employee per month. Eligible charities and approved non-profits receive Standard at £1 per active employee per month.
