HostelBeds overview
What is HostelBeds?
HostelBeds is hostel management software built around the bed, not the room. It seats each new booking, whether it comes from a group or a channel, where it fits best so dorms fill up instead of leaving gaps. If a bed is taken out of service, HostelBeds moves the affected guests to a valid bed for their whole stay automatically; when it cannot place someone, your desk picks from the beds that fit. Dorm pricing groups alike beds together and adjusts by season, weekday and occupancy within a floor and ceiling you set. A built-in channel manager connects Booking.com, Hostelworld and 68+ other channels, and every hostel gets its own booking page with payments through Stripe.
