Hublyd is a customer reference management platform built for B2B sales and marketing teams. It replaces scattered drives, email threads, and institutional memory with a single structured library that every team member can search, use, and contribute to.

Teams design their own schema with any number of custom fields. References can be imported from CSV, XLS, PowerPoint, or PDF files, collected from clients via a public link, generated with AI from existing content, or entered manually. No fixed template — the library reflects your data model, not a generic CRM structure.

AI-powered search uses natural language queries processed against the full reference library. Users describe what they need in plain language ("a logistics client in Germany, 200 employees, ERP integration challenge") and the system retrieves the most relevant references using semantic matching. Standard keyword and filter search is also available for structured queries.

Hublyd can generate: a fully branded PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF slide deck using the team's own templates and brand colors; a LinkedIn post drawing from one or multiple references on the same topic; an AI-powered chat session that answers questions across the entire library using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), with cited sources for every answer.

All generated content is localized automatically. Output language is selected at generation time and is independent of the language in which references were originally entered.

AI Reference Chat (RAG): The chat feature uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation: each user query is automatically enriched with the most relevant references from the library before being sent to the language model. The model answers based on the team's actual data, not generic training. Every response includes the list of references used, with direct links to each source. Users can go from a chat answer to generating a deck or LinkedIn post without leaving the conversation.

Consent management: Each reference has an authorization workflow: a public link can be sent to the client contact, who fills in or validates the reference directly without a Hublyd account. A written agreement is generated and signed electronically. References have three configurable visibility levels: Confidential (internal use only), Restricted (presentations and meetings, not for public posting), and Public (fully authorized for all uses including marketing and social media). Visibility levels are enforced automatically across all content generation features.

Analytics and KPIs: Completion tracking shows which fields are filled across the library, where gaps are concentrated, and which team members are contributing. Scoring and gamification features allow teams to set targets and track progress over time.

Security: Hublyd is designed in compliance with ISO 27001 principles. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Infrastructure is hosted in Europe. Hublyd does not use customer reference data to train AI models.

Integrations and compatibility: Hublyd currently operates as a standalone web application with CSV and XLS import. Native CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo..) are on the roadmap. The platform is browser-based with no desktop installation required.
