HuddleCard is a web-based group greeting card platform for workplace celebrations. Instead of a chain email or a thread in #general, the whole team signs one card together and it lands on the day, complete and unseen until delivery.

How It Works

Import your people once by CSV or Excel, or sync them from Slack. HuddleCard then runs birthdays and work anniversaries on a weekly cycle: a Monday huddle tells the team which occasions are coming up, collects signatures through the week, and delivers each card on the right date in the company's configured time zone. The honoree sees nothing before delivery. Admins can also launch occasion cards on demand in any direction: team-to-one for a farewell, promotion or welcome, one-to-many broadcast, or team-to-team appreciation. Recurring schedules handle occasions that repeat, and managers can send cards for their own team without admin rights.

Message Formats

Contributors add text, photos, GIFs, short video and voice notes recorded directly in the browser. There is nothing to install and no app to download. Messages can be marked private so only the recipient ever sees them, even if the card is shared later. After delivery the card stays live with likes, comments and threaded replies, so good messages keep getting responses for days.

Administration

Company profile with your logo on delivered cards and emails, time zone and date format control, feature toggles, groups and tags for organizing people, per-person opt-out of receiving cards, a weekly pulse digest for admins, and activity logs covering both automated and ad hoc card delivery.

Security And Privacy

- Passwordless magic-link sign-in for contributors, so there are no shared passwords to distribute or reset

- Data is scoped per company, and a card is reachable only by its participants

- Payment card data never touches HuddleCard; Stripe handles it

- Birth years are not collected. Only month and day are stored, because that is all scheduling needs

- Private messages remain visible only to the recipient

- Deleting a person anonymizes the record, including name, email, dates and photo

- The Slack app requests only the scopes needed to sync people and send messages

Deployment And Pricing

Cloud SaaS, browser-based, English. There are three plans.

Free: up to 10 people, $0 forever, no credit card and no time limit, with the full automated and occasion card feature set.

Pro: unlimited roster, billed monthly by active users rather than seats. The first 10 actives each month are included, then tiered rates apply to the rest: $2.50 for actives 11-25, $2.00 for 26-50, $1.50 for 51-100, $1.00 for 101-250 and $0.50 for 251-500. An active user is someone who signed a card, opened a received card for the first time, or commented on a card that month, so a quiet month costs less. Includes a 30-day trial with no credit card and priority support. Self-serve billing covers up to 500 actives per month; contact HuddleCard above that.

Lite: pay-as-you-go occasion cards with no subscription and an unlimited roster. Prepaid credits cost $5.00 per card, with 10% off at 5 or more and 20% off at 10 or more, and five credits are included at signup. One credit is used when a card is created and returned if the card is deleted before delivery. Lite does not include automated birthday or work anniversary cards, or recurring schedules.
