IAempleo is a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for small and medium-sized businesses in Spain. It brings job vacancies, applications and candidate information together in a single, practical workspace, helping hiring teams move away from scattered emails and spreadsheets.

Every company automatically receives a professional careers page with a shareable public link when it signs up, including on the free plan. There is no technical setup required. Candidates can apply by entering their name and email address and uploading a CV, without registering for an account. Companies can also receive spontaneous applications when they have no active vacancies.

Hiring teams can create, edit, duplicate, close and reactivate job postings, and track applicants using a visual drag-and-drop Kanban pipeline with customizable stages. Candidate profiles can be searched and filtered, and recruiters can review CVs, add internal notes and tags, and use manual star ratings. Applications remain in a reusable talent pool for future recruitment needs. Individual accounts with different roles allow team members to collaborate, while a central dashboard provides an overview of recruitment activity.

IAempleo is available in Spanish and Catalan. The free plan includes a company careers page and storage for up to 200 CVs, with individual job postings costing €29 for 30 days. The Empresa subscription costs €49/month plus VAT for up to 15 active postings and includes a 30-day free trial without a credit card. Alto Volumen costs €199/month plus VAT for up to 100 active postings. Annual subscriptions offer two months free.
