It also comes with a bulletin board module, which lets managers post and share critical notes with colleagues and team members, in order to improve collaboration across the organization.

Incident Tracker helps enterprises integrate with Active Directory and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to record and maintain employee details. Users can retrieve specific files from the database using the search functionality and export reports in PDF format. Plus, it enables institutions to track the status of submitted reports and receive automated reminders on follow-up processes.
