What is Joqiva?
Joqiva helps UK service businesses spend less time on calls, paperwork and payment follow-up while keeping every enquiry, job, quote, invoice and payment under control.
When a customer gets in touch, Joqiva can prepare an enquiry and quote using saved services and prices. The team only needs to check the details and send. Customers can accept or decline quotes online without creating an account. Public enquiry forms give customers another way to request work, and automated reminders help follow up unpaid invoices.
Optional AI Receptionist can answer incoming calls when the team is busy and prepare enquiries for human review. It can be used on its own or with Back Office. Joqiva does not invent prices or confirm appointments without the business's rules and review.
An interactive demo uses sample data and prerecorded calls, so businesses can explore the workflow before setting up their own workspace. Back Office starts at £19 per month excluding VAT and includes a 14-day free trial without a bank card. AI Receptionist has separate plans.
