Jurist Biro is HR software for employers in Serbia. It replaces the folder of scanned contracts and the spreadsheet of hours with one place where the record and the paperwork live together.

Each employee has a single file holding personal and employment data, job position, organizational unit, salary and employment history, with every document ever issued to them attached. Nothing is kept in two places, so nothing has to be reconciled.

Documents come out of the file rather than being typed against it. Employment contracts, annexes, leave decisions and certificates are generated from lawyer-drafted templates that you can edit yourself; employee and employer details are written into the text automatically. A generated document stays attached to the employee with its change history, so the current version is never in question.

Working time is recorded where the work happens: employees check in from the mobile app, from a tablet terminal at the entrance, or a manager enters the hours for the whole team. All three feed one record. From it comes a monthly timesheet with regular hours, weekends and public holidays, night work, overtime, annual leave and sick leave in separate columns, exported for payroll.

Leave requests are submitted by employees and approved in the application, with the day balance calculated automatically and the leave decision generated from the approved request. Company equipment is assigned with its own paperwork. Reminders track contracts running out, probation periods ending and employees' ID cards and work permits expiring, so a deadline never depends on someone remembering to look.

Employee records are personal data and are handled as such: stored encrypted on servers in the European Union, with access granted by role so each user sees only what their work requires. The employer remains the owner of the data and can export it.

The application runs in a browser with nothing to install and no server on your side. Employees are imported from an Excel sheet, so moving off spreadsheets does not become a retyping project, and the first document can be issued the same day the account is opened.

The interface is available in Serbian, English and Slovenian, chosen per user. Document templates are Serbian, as is the labour law the application is written for.
