KitchenOps overview

What is KitchenOps?

KitchenOps is the operating system for professional kitchens, built by HorecaGPT B.V. in the Netherlands.

Who it is for

Professional kitchens: restaurants, brasseries, hotel kitchens and catering, from a single kitchen to multi-location groups. Chefs, head chefs and owners buy it; the whole brigade uses it daily on a tablet or phone.

The problem it solves

Most kitchens calculate food cost once a year, in a spreadsheet nobody understands. Meanwhile cream goes up 12%, fish gets more expensive and a supplier invoices slightly more than was agreed. You find out at the annual figures, when the money is already gone.

What it does

Recipes go in by photo, paste or typing, in minutes. Sauces and stocks are stored separately as semi-finished products with their own cost price, so one change ripples through every dish that uses them.

Cost price and margin per dish are visible in seconds, and stay current: supplier invoices read themselves. Drop them in, KitchenOps extracts the lines, matches the products and updates the right ingredients.

That is where the money is found. Silent price increases, deviations from the quote you agreed and lines billed twice are flagged the same week, not at the annual figures. Your agreed price sits next to the invoiced price, deviation in red.

HACCP is included: temperatures, receiving, cleaning and registrations per the Hygiene Code, ticked off on a tablet. Audit-proof, no folders.

Menu engineering shows which dishes actually earn and which quietly cost you money.

What it costs

Starter EUR 79, Pro EUR 149 and Enterprise EUR 349 per month, unlimited users on every plan. You can start for free, no credit card required.

Support and languages

Live in about 10 minutes. Works on any tablet or phone, in six languages. Support by email and phone from the Netherlands. Connects with unTill (POS), TableFlow (reservations), Bidfood and HorecaGPT.
