Running a kitesurf cruise often means a shared spreadsheet, deposits tracked by hand and the risk of selling the same cabin twice. KiteDeck brings the whole season into one web application designed for operators of kite catamarans, motor yachts and liveaboards.

Start by describing your boat: decks, cabins, cabin types and berths, from a ready-made motor yacht or catamaran template or from a blank page. Each departure you open gets its own cabin plan, priced per person with optional suite and solo supplements. Destination fees such as port taxes, island fees or tips are added automatically, per person, per day or per cruise.

Guests book on your branded storefront or through a widget on your own website, choose their berth on the plan and pay their deposit by card. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Unconfirmed options release themselves, the balance can be charged automatically to the deposit card, and reminders for balances, documents and practical information go out from D-30 to departure day.

Agencies, aggregators and commissioned resellers sell from the same live inventory through tracking links, API keys or the distribution API, with seat quotas per cruise and commissions calculated on every booking.

Each guest record keeps contact details, kitesurf level, gear needs and past cruises. Segment your guest list and send email campaigns, with consent and unsubscribes handled for you.

On the money side, KiteDeck shows expected and actual margin per cruise, spreads charter costs across departures, records income and expenses with their receipts, and prepares turnover figures and a receipts ledger for your tax return.

The back office and the booking pages work in 8 languages, and each operator sells in one currency of its choice: EUR, USD, GBP or CHF. The application is hosted on European infrastructure, and all your data can be exported as CSV at any time.

KiteDeck costs 3% (excl. VAT) of each payment collected online. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no limit on boats, cruises or guests, and payments you record by hand are free.
