KlarMiete is web-based rental management software for private landlords in Germany who manage between 1 and 30 units. It brings the recurring work of small-scale letting into one place, from the annual service charge statement to rent tracking, tenant records and tax preparation, without the complexity of enterprise property platforms.

The core of KlarMiete is the annual service charge statement (Nebenkostenabrechnung). A guided wizard walks you through cost positions, allocation keys, consumption data and the CO2 cost split between landlord and tenant required under German law, then produces a finished, ready-to-send PDF for each tenant. A built-in plausibility check flags figures that look off before you send.
