LawnLedger overview
What is LawnLedger?
LawnLedger runs a lawn care, landscaping or snow business from one app, with the books built in. The office schedules recurring jobs and crews, sends estimates with Good / Better / Best options, and invoices with card and ACH payments through Stripe. Crews work from the LawnLedger Crew app on iPhone and Android: the day's jobs, clock in and out, photos and checklists.
On the Growth plan and up, the same app keeps double-entry books: Plaid bank feeds, reconciliation, a month-end close and a year-end package for your accountant. Businesses that would rather keep QuickBooks Online can sync with it instead.
Pricing is published and based on the customers and locations you serve, not on seats, so the whole crew can use it. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required, and the office app, crew app, customer portal, invoices and estimates work in English and Spanish.
